PATTERSON, CA (11/13/23) S2A Modular has officially signed an agreement for a Christian Resort Property in the Ozarks area called Touch of Heaven.
The property is officially grated with roads almost finished, utilities set at the property limits, and near ready for structures.
This development is approximately 1,000 acres with over 5 miles of pristine shoreline. The current development is for an RV Park, Condos, Marina, and over 400 homes of various sizes within three subdivisions. The Ozarks area has large demand and continues to grow from a tourist area as well as attracting homeowners. This particular Arkansas market is just outside of Branson, MO which is a thriving tourist market.
The first phase will consist of an RV Park where S2A Modular will build the Club House, Shower Facility, Rental Cabins, Tiny Home rental structures and one other building for the staff.
Gary Fellers, Founder, stated, “We were looking for a sustainable solution that could accommodate our needs with green building, solar and style. S2A Modular checked all the boxes.”

It is expected that orders will go on the line at the S2A Modular factory later this year and the development will be ready for business in the spring of 2024.
