NeuroDynamic Institute has announced another session of their teacher training program as interest in their unique breathwork modality, NeuroDynamic Breathwork™, continues to grow. Pioneered by the founder of the NeuroDynamic Institute, Michael Stone, the institute describes the modality as “a gateway to conscious embodiment, emotional health, and personal empowerment using only the breath and dynamic music.”
This science-based modality was designed by Stone to deeply improve the well-being and connectedness of participants and has shown striking results, helping individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, and trauma, and helping all participants to gain inner wisdom, improve their relationships, and more.
It is this specific modality that participants in NeuroDynamic Institute’s March 2024 breath coach certification program will train in and, over the course of six months, they will gain the skills and tools they need to be a breathwork facilitator who is able to conduct sessions both online and in-person.
The institute’s six-month course includes a structured program of over 350 hours of learning and is built around live sessions with Michael Stone himself. Students will also gain full access to a vast body of resources, including becoming a member of a dedicated study group of like-minded peers.
Before they gain their certification, course participants will also have the opportunity to run their own breathwork practicum sessions.
